Most approaches teach you to manage your thoughts and emotions. Our method goes deeper, helping you let go of the built-up mind that keeps bringing them back.
Not an abstract idea, but a structured, step-by-step method you are guided through and can practise directly within your own mind.
You are never left to work it out on your own. Every session is live, led by an experienced meditation instructor who supports you at each step.

Mindfulness and meditation apps often help you observe thoughts, return your attention to the present, or relax in the moment. Mind Cleansing takes a different approach by helping you release the accumulated thoughts, memories, and emotions that keep repeating in the mind. With live 1:1 guidance, you are led step by step through the process rather than practising alone with prerecorded audio.
No. You do not need any previous meditation experience. Your guide will introduce the Mind Cleansing method step by step and help you begin with whatever feels most present for you. You do not need to stop your thoughts, sit in a special posture, or know how to meditate beforehand.
People begin Mind Cleansing for many different reasons. Some want relief from stress, others struggle with sleep, anxiety and overthinking, burnout, emotional pain, grief, or difficulty focusing. The method begins with what your mind is carrying now and helps you gradually release the accumulated thoughts and emotions behind those patterns.
Your session begins with a brief conversation about what you are experiencing and what you would like to change. Your guide then leads you through a personalized 1:1 Mind Cleansing session step by step so you can experience the method directly. At the end, you can ask questions and decide whether you would like to continue your practice.
